Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

A national ID or passport may be required for account identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.
Account Security & User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If unauthorized access is detected, change your password immediately and notify our support team.
All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, unless you have reported unauthorized access in a timely manner. Renting out or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

The minimum deposit amount is subject to the platform's current policy. Deposits are generally credited to your balance within a few minutes, though delays may occur due to technical reasons.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests are available to verified accounts only. 1080 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals if suspicious activity or fraud is suspected. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable bonus terms have been met. Accounts involved in money laundering or fraudulent transactions may be closed and balances forfeited.
Prohibited Activities on the Platform
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1080 platform:
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games.
- Abusing bonus offers by using multiple accounts.
- Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or technical flaw in the platform.
- Harassing, deceiving, or threatening other users.

Any involvement in the activities listed above will result in immediate account closure without prior notice, and the account balance may be forfeited.

All content on the 1080 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of 1080. Copying, redistributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Integrations
The platform uses third-party payment gateways and game providers, each with their own terms of use and privacy policies. 1080 is not directly liable for issues arising from these third-party services, but will make every effort to assist in resolving them.

- The account has been inactive for an extended period.
- At the user's own request.
If a balance remains at the time of closure and no violations are found, the user will be permitted to withdraw their funds.
